Verizon Wireless (VZ, VOD) is shutting down its Android/BlackBerry app store, which (from all indications) has seen very little activity relative to Google Play. Will the stumbling Isis mobile payments JV meet a similar fate? How about the global app store top carriers are reportedly mulling (assuming it launches)?
