Trulia (TRLA -4.1%) is lower in response to Zillow's (Z -19.1%) soft Q4 guidance. During its earnings call, Zillow attributed its slowing display ad growth to its decision to "shift more territory" on its site to its core Marketplace business. However, the company also noted it's not generating much right now from mobile display ads (partly to keep the focus on Marketplace content), and that ad sales stemming from a partnership with Foreclosure.com have disappeared due to Zillow's launch of its own foreclosure search product.
