    TransCanada (TRP -1.7%) is considered among the losers from Pres. Obama's re-election. TRP officials have said they still expect to build its Keystone pipeline to the Gulf of Mexico no matter who won the White House after the administration rejected a cross-border permit for the line earlier this year, but Mitt Romney had frequently said approval would be one of his first priorities.

  • Of course it gets built. Romney is unemployed and could say anything that might get him elected. Obama is President and responsible for his statements.

  • Obama will now pass it. He couldn't pass it prior to the election because he needed the "Green Vote". Now the election is over, he don't care who get's lied too.
