  • Another death related incident or lawsuit could cause the FDA to shut them down quickly!

  • Fox,

No need to take it personal it is not your company! One death is too many with anything; at least I would not want it to be one of my loved ones.
I really do not care what this company does I do not drink the crap, I will be buying “Puts on the down side and Calls on the rebound” this about making money not falling in love with a brand!

  • I used to see a lot of marketing activity in my city, they must of had 5 monster trucks in the city running around and really being out there. Its been over a year since I see any activity and 0 truck. Seems company got lazy or no one is paying attention to work anymore, being conservative and only looking at how to lay low and collect the dough.
Did they just run out of momentum, loose motivation and have uninspired staff? I like to monitor companies on staff motivation via LinkedIn, when you see staff being promoted every couple years or shifted around normally spells good things. When you see staff at the same position for many years with no movement, it usually causes a downward spiral.
I think they need to bring back that Energy that Unleashed the Beast at the beginning of this company's Monstrous entrance into the market.

  • Fox.....the politicians WANT to be popular. How? Attack big business. Which one? Te one where concerned parents are suing over a death. Science doesn't matter here.

  • Company can and should be producing 10 times bigger sales. Hard to understand as the category and company is so young, there are still billions of consumers to reach. Though its hard to reach when your decision make are sittin pretty on all that money they have made over the years.
I am sure rather than coming up with more innovative marketing tactics, they simply just add more red tape. Red tape validates you are doing work at the office but unfortunately it kills the field, the very principle front line which made this company grow.

    Bring back the Motivation!!!

  • Daytrader,

Yes, it IS personal, despite none of us owning MNST; probably not even one share. It is a matter of the government making rules about what we can put in our bodies. How many people die from smoking DAILY, or from alcoholism DAILY??

If we are going to give up our freedoms, let's do it for something BIG, not some excess caffeine. You can now smoke Marijuana in several states. Seems regulating caffeine is a little silly in the face of that, and don't say no one dies from marijuana....it is known well in the addiction industry as a gateway drug, which leads to numerous crimes and deaths.

  • Tiki,

This is an investment / stock trading site! Sounds like you are on the wrong website, and if you own no shares "as you say", your opinion means nothing.

I am not interested in your ideals or politics! Just making sound trades for profit.
