    New Hampshire reaches a $35M settlement with Shell (RDS.A, RDS.B) and Sunoco (SUN) of a lawsuit over claims the gasoline refiners and manufacturers used chemicals that contaminated groundwater. A trial against other defendants, including Exxon Mobil (XOM) and ConocoPhillips (COP), is set to begin in January.

    Funny looks like the tactic they used against tobbacco however unlike tobacco we need this stuff so guess we all get to pay more.
