    Carl Icahn tells CNBC he has thought about making a hostile bid for Netflix (NFLX) but says he doesn't think he "would ever get it," explaining that he wouldn't be able to pay as much for Netflix as a "synergistic buyer." Icahn also can't understand why Netflix isn't an acquisition target, given that - in his opinion - it's undervalued, its 27M subscribers, which make it difficult to compete with, and low interest rates.
