It's the story that won't go away: The USPS may run out of money. With the elections out of the way, Congressmen from both sides of the aisle need to step up to take action or the agency will default on $11B in payments to the U.S. Treasury and could be forced to stop delivering mail in 2013. A proposed plan to cut mail service to four days a week could benefit UPS and FedEx (FDX), according to analyst, but only if Congress gathers the courage to make the sweeping cuts at one of the nation's largest employers.
