    NY AG Eric Schneiderman has reportedly subpoenaed the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) - whose system is operated by National Grid (NGG) - and ConEd (ED) over their handling of Superstorm Sandy. Schneiderman's probe adds to a "thorough review" of New York's power utilities that was initiated by Governor Andrew Cuomo.

  • Will he also subpoena the Transit Authority to find out why they let their subway tunnels get flooded, taking them out of service? This is ridiculous. Looking for scapegoats. Do something worthwhile.

  • Con Ed is not the only co. that doesn't keep there customers informed on repairs. I called paraco gas to get my propane tank filled and they never called me back or status me. Its a tread with many companys
