    LED/solar equipment maker GT Advanced (GTAT -5.8%) and LED wafer firm Rubicon (RBCN -3.3%) are both making new lows today. Veeco's delayed 10-Q could be playing a role, but sentiment towards both companies was already pretty negative thanks to bad earnings news (I, II) and poor industry demand.

    GTAT below cash value plus all the cash flow and IP makes for a juicy buyout. How many will be kicking themselves for selling or not buying at this level come 2013 and potential sapphire screens on Smartphones take over. Also, what happens if the USA FINALLY addresses Climate Change?
