    The nagging computer issues at United Air Lines (UAL) could cause the carrier more much than the fees for booking stranded customers on other flights. Analysts say an avoidance factor could already be in play with business travelers who are well-aware that United sees more computer failures than rivals.

    Continental didn't have so many of these problems. If the "new" United had only kept the Continental system they would have a better airline and fewer problems.
