Friday, November 16, 2012, 10:52 AM ETSanofi (SNY -0.6%) and Regeneron (REGN +7.8%) report that the European Medicines Agency's CHMP has recommended granting marketing authorization for Zaltrap Injection for Intravenous Infusion in combination with FOLFIRI chemotherapy in adults with metastatic colorectal cancer. All that remains is for the European Commission to ratify the positive opinion from the CHMP to grant marketing authorization in all 27 E.U. member countries. A decision is expected in Q113.
