    Cisco Systems (CSCO) says it intends to buy enterprise Wi-Fi equipment startup Meraki for $1.2B in cash and retention incentives, and to make it into its Cloud Networking Group. The deal's expected to close in Q2 of Cisco's fiscal 2013 (which ends in January).

    If so, the acquirer would likely be a cloud services company like CRM, GOOG or maybe YHOO.

    CSCO will stick to hardware and software for network configuration, in line with this acquisition.

    I could see MSFT buying them just to get the customers. Dropbox works extremely well with Windows 8 btw.
