    Monsanto (MON +2.7%) opens strong after the Justice Department ends its antitrust probe of the seed industry in general and MON's soybean genetic traits business in particular. MON had been the target of complaints saying it was trying to limit access to older, cheaper products to push a new, more expensive offering.
