Monday, November 19, 2012, 10:20 AM ETTalisman Energy (TLM +2.1%) says it found a “significant accumulation" of light oil at a well in Kurdistan which could produce as much as 3,450 barrels of oil and 8.8M cubic feet of natural gas a day. The oil column is at least 146 meters in the Oligocene reservoir, and TLM plans another well to test the extent of the oil column.
