Monday, November 19, 2012, 2:54 PM ETA Spanish court agrees to consider a lawsuit by Repsol (REPYY.PK +2.5%) against Chevron (CVX +1.5%) and other companies that invest in YPF (YPF +5.3%) after Argentina seized control of the Spanish firm's majority stake in YPF in April. CVX and YPF announced a deal in September to jointly explore for shale oil and natural gas in Argentina's Vaca Muerta field.
