    Apple (AAPL) tops the 10 high-conviction purchases Morningstar's "ultimate stock pickers" like right now. With Apple looking at a strong iPhone 5 launch into the holiday season, the current share price does not fully reflect the value it should be able to generate for shareholders in the near- to medium-term. The others: JNJ, JPM, CHRW, COP, CME, ACN, RIMM, NLY, TROX.

    Mreits are still beat up pretty severely and its a great time to be getting in I would wager. Now if you're actually talking a great time to sell you're probably referring to HPQ, DELL, or BBY. Those 3 stocks are pretty terrible.

    HPQ was a sell at 24, BBY a sell at 27 and so on.... they've been dying for months

    No bottom in sight yet either on those 3 stocks but I'd sleep better at night in Mreits than most stocks right now as that sector overall tended to panic once QE Infinity was announced.

    AAPL -- I try to pay attention to my surrounding environment -- it tells me: the majority of folks own/us iphones and ipads [many have both, some double up]...
    so might is this an indicator of approaching saturation?
    result == higher risk for upsdie for AAPL?
    think the market movers control AAPL

    I agree, AAPL is quit saturated and with all the Samsung Galaxy stuff flooding the market and phone carrier. I wish Apple have more new stuff(innovative ones) but even the Apple TV don't seem promising to me.
