Thursday, November 22, 2012, 5:43 AM ETFederal Judge Alvin Hellerstein yesterday dismissed a lawsuit claiming that United Airlines (UAL) was responsible for the collapse of a third World Trade Center building in the September 11 attacks. The suit was brought by Larry Silverstein, the leaseholder of 7 World Trade Center, who said lapses in airport security at a checkpoint that United helped operate allowed the hijackers to crash an American Airlines jet into the complex.
