    The Treasury market may be pricing in additional QE the Fed is not yet ready to commit to. Bernanke's speech last week was notable for its hint of optimism and the absence of any discussion about an additional program to replace Operation Twist, which ends in December. The Dec. 11-12 policy meeting will be the year's last.
