Monday, November 26, 2012, 9:19 AM ETEnbridge (ENB) agrees to partner with Canopy Prospecting to deliver Bakken crude to Philadelphia area refineries by rail in a ~$68M project expected to handle 80K bbl/day by Q3 2013 that can be expanded to as much as 160K bbl/day as early as mid-2014. ENB will own 75% of the JV and serve as operator during construction and operation of the facility.
