    The American Petroleum Institute sues the EPA against what it calls an “unworkable” mandate to blend 1.28B gallons of biodiesel into diesel fuels starting in January, raising the volume of biofuel blended into diesel fuel by nearly 30%. The trade group says the mandate could raise the costs of making diesel fuel and should be scaled back.
