If approved, a trustee could change the dynamic of how key brands such as Twinkies, Ho-Hos, and Wonder Bread are dealt with during the liquidation process. Flower Foods (FLO) is still lined up as the most likely company to make a strong bid for the assets, perhaps even more so after the ConAgra-Ralcorp deal raised the stakes on scale in the industry.
