Wednesday, November 28, 2012, 10:01 AM ETCadence Pharmaceuticals (CADX +3.4%) and Perrigo (PRGO -1.3%) settle a lawsuit over Cadence's Ofirmev injection for reducing fever and pain. Under the deal, Perrigo has the first right of refusal to market any generic version of Ofirmev in the U.S. should Cadence decide to authorize such a version. Perrigo will also be allowed to launch a copycat drug in 2020. (PR)
