Yeah it's all good until you need to get some customer service.

Over the years I have had both T and VZ. VZ has horrible in-store sales reps that will say anything to get you to renew. I have had terrible CS experiences with both VZ and T.

I have had nothing but good experiences with S in the last 3 years I have been their customer.

I was using Verizon and was very happy with the service. I did not like the monthly service charges and decided on Sprint when I procured my new iPhone 5. I am satisfied with the Sprint service and extremely happy with my monthly voice and data monthly service charges.

When I perform a cost benefit analysis between Verizon and Sprint, Sprint is head and shoulders above Verizon. Each consumer should make their own evaluation.

I concur. Just moved my Mom from Verizon, which she was unhappy with to T. Got to wonder who they surveyed.

I've been with ATT for years and am very happy both with service and customer care after their acquisition of Cingular and switch to GSM. I got signal everywhere while all other providers failed. They have been very helpful and efficient both in the stores and over the phone. I had a horrific experience with Verizon. I can't imagine anyone ranking T down.

I made the decision easy, I bought both T & VZ stock and own like 92% of the wireless business, could care less about sprint, cingular,ect all small potatoes in a shark pool...
