    Brazilian Pres. Rousseff vetoes parts of a controversial bill intended to share royalties from Brazil's oilfields across the country's 26 states. The veto ensures producer states continue to receive royalties on output from existing oil concessions, but non-producing states will get a greater share from future concessions. Auctions for new concessions have been on hold awaiting the new royalty framework.
