    Microsoft (MSFT -0.1%) roundup: 1) Davenport has slashed its estimates. Citing NPD's Windows 8 sales data, the firm expects Windows division GAAP revenue to fall 15% Y/Y in calendar Q4, after falling 33% in Q3. 2) A Chinese site has been ordered to pay Microsoft RMB36M ($5.8M) for enabling the piracy of Microsoft's software. Piracy has been a huge headache for Microsoft in China. 3) A Microsoft exec claims Windows Phone app downloads have more than doubled since the WP8 launch. No specific numbers are given.
