    AMD (AMD +10.7%) is ripping higher again today; shares are now up 30% since the hard-luck chipmaker announced it would sell and lease back its Austin campus for $150M-$200M. 27.9% of the float was shorted as of Nov. 15 - are diminishing insolvency fears fueling a short-covering rally?
