AOL's Advertising.com ad tech arm has acquired Buysight, a provider of online ad services based on ad retargeting (serving particular ads after a buyer has left a site) and intent-based targeting. During its Q3 call, AOL struck a positive tone about Advertising.com, claiming the unit is "growing consistently each quarter" and noting the rollout of its AdLearn optimization platform, which Buysight will be integrated with.
