    AAA ratings - who needs 'em? Debt twice the size of the GDP - so what? Yields on French 10-year bonds dropped below 2% for the first time yesterday, touching a record low of 1.993%. They're now at 1.996%. Meanwhile, Japan's JGBs touch 0.69%, the lowest since June 2003.
