    QR Energy (QRE) -4.5% AH after announcing a public offering of 12M common units representing limited partner interests. QRE plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.

    44m shares are now 56m if I'm not mistaken. That's quite a bump...about a 27% increase in the float. I want to buy below $16 but this is quite an increase.

    Anyone knowledgeable have anything to say here??

    Good question but it does seem like someone knew something judging by the big selling of late.
