The acquisition closed today. BBI is a provider of solid waste collection, transfer and liquid waste services in New Hampshire and Maine and generated approximately $20M of revenues over the last twelve months. Casella sees BBI generating $4.9M in adjusted EBITDA in the second full year of operations following the closing.
