Friday, December 7, 2012, 6:23 AM ETChina's Ministry of Commerce joins the EU in conditionally approving a JV involving Arm Holdings (ARMH) that seeks to develop increased security for mobile devices. The other companies in the JV are Holland's Gemalto and Germany's Giesecke & Devrient. To allay antitrust concerns, China ordered ARM to provide competitors with information about its TrustZone security technology.
