    A judge lets a pension fund lawsuit over MBS against Bank of America (BAC) and U.S. Bancorp (USB) move forward. The banks are accused of failing to protect investors in their role as trustees for the securities backed by Washington Mutual.

    Guilty as charged, I'd say, but will it affect prices? A drop back towards 8$ would make BAC a very attractive stock; big banks with lots of cash rarely stay down for long...
