Lawee will now head a Google late-stage investment fund. Did Motorola's performance influence this move? 2) The Hill reports Democratic commissioner Edith Ramirez has become a swing vote determining whether the FTC proceeds with an antitrust suit. Democrats Jon Leibowitz and Julie Brill are reportedly in favor of a suit, while Republicans Maureen Ohlhausen and J. Thomas Rosch are said to oppose the most serious antitrust charges.
