    YPF is in talks to form a partnership with Norway's Statoil (STO) to develop YPF's shale reserves, FT reports. YPF plans to invest more than $30B in the next five years to develop Argentina's huge shale oil and gas reserves, third largest in the world after the U.S. and China. YPF is already close to to signing deals with Chevron and Bridas Corp.
