Thursday, March 17, 2011, 1:32 PM ETDuPont (DD +1.9%) dismisses speculation it will have to raise its $5.8B bid for Danisco (DNSCY.PK) after the Danish firm posted better-than-expected earnings. "Our tender offer remains full, fair, and firm," says DuPont CEO Ellen Kullman, and the rosy results are "consistent with our expectations based on our due diligence."
