No surprise, the CAPE (cyclically-adjusted PE ratio) for Greece is a crazy-low 2.5 - going back 30 years, Faber finds countries with a CAPE below 10 had average returns over the next decade of 10.9%, double those of countries with CAPEs between 20 and 25.
