The Greek debt buyback is complete with results a little short of expectations, but the Eurogroup is on it, and plans a conference call in which hopefully the spreadsheets can be rejiggered to show a result pleasing to the IMF. Stoxx 50 +1%, led by Spain, +1.6%. Italy rebounds from yesterday's big sell-off, +1.4%.
