Is it getting desperate thanks to disappointing early sales? 2) Due to its demand for a 30% cut on all in-app purchases, Apple has reportedly rejected an update to Microsoft's SkyDrive iOS app, and is also at odds over Microsoft's plans to sell Office 365 subscriptions via upcoming Office iOS apps. Amazon can relate. (earlier) Update: Staples and Best Buy are among the retail partners.

MSFT has already stated that their Windows Store apps can in-app charge for 100% of the profits (i.e the Steam app can sell games for 100% profit), and that the 30% take would be for app purchases through the Windows Store.
This is going to be an interesting development to watch.
The final payment amount should they decide to pay one could come out later, however, the decision should of been announced already.
