    The newest obstacle to Enbridge's (ENB) Northern Gateway pipeline to British Columbia: scallop farmers. Environmentalists and native groups are preparing legal action to stop the pipeline, potentially delaying it should ENB win approval to begin construction. “More and more, clients are giving me a look and a question, ’Do we need to hold Enbridge?’” a fund manager says (his answer was yes).

    This whole process has been such a fiasco. Let's hope cooler minds will prevail and that some real studies into the dangers of the Northern Gateway and other alternative routes is performed. It would be such a tragedy for such a beautiful area of the world to suffer a major spill!
