After seeing its own fortunes get knocked back by competitors, a plan to transform a "chaotic" website and bet on mobile is starting to pay dividends. The company is also fine tuning a secret weapon in the form of its delivery service eBay Now which could provide a challenge to Amazon Prime when its ready for a national rollout.
