Friday, December 14, 2012, 4:32 PM ETInvesco Mortgage (IVR) and New York Mortgage Trust (NYMT) both maintain their dividends (I, II), but unlike two others this evening (American Capital and Anworth), these are hybrid mREITs - they own a significant amount of non-agency MBS and aren't subject to the interest margin squeezes faced by the agency REITs. The dividends may have been maintained without the sale of assets.
