    Following the breakdown of talks to step down from power, Yemeni President Saleh offers to stay in office, but hand authority to a caretaker government until elections can be held. The main opposition group has not responded, but the younger protesters look to be going nowhere until Saleh is gone.

  • This ain't no I-pad revolution. A fundamentalist wave is sweeping the Middle East. U.S. taxpayers are now funding part of the takeover as we back various "rebels."

    Ah, if we could only bring back those old days. Foreign policy was so simple as we talked things over at the community-organizer seminar.
