    Leading the market higher are the financials - WFC +3.3%, BAC +3%, PNC +3.3%, to name a few. At a 52-week high of $10.90, Bank of America is poised to take out $11 for the first time in 18 months. Up 1.7% today, the XLF +25.3% YTD.

  • For BAC the "B" warrants continue to suffer from EOY tax loss selling. As I type this comment, the warrant's ratio to the current stock price is only .068. This compares to the average for the year thus far as .092. But the stock has just broke its high for the year!.

    I have an order in to add to my position on the eventuality that this inordinate selling is to continue to drive it down.
