The lawyers will drag this out as long as possible. I think the only defense Apple has going forward is to design its own proprietary chips that aren't "off the shelf" products that others can simply specify into their own devices.

Lawsuits, under our system, only enrich the lawyers. Everyone else loses.

Better to innovate (which Apple does so well)...that's the best revenge.

Once AAPL strips Samsung of any role supplying components to AAPL products, then, and only then, will they be able to effectively stop Samsung by continuously sealing the "cool" from AAPL products. It's unfortunate that Samsung lacks the innovation to be a true competitor in the marketplace without stealing another form factor, display designs, functionality and even how the retail stores look and employees dress. What is it with Asian culture that this type of theft is so commonplace and considered to be O.K.?
