Wednesday, December 19, 2012, 10:23 AM ETSterne Agee weighs in on Deckers Outdoor (DECK -1.4%), telling clients the firm's Ugg business will improve in the second half of 2013 with better products on tap. It's a far cry from the call of other firms out with alarming warnings on sales for this year. Not only is Ugg demand viewed as weak with temperatures mild across the U.S. so far this winter, there is also some concern on whether or not Ugg boots are still on-trend.
