Thursday, December 20, 2012, 10:09 AM ETDendreon (DNDN +1.1%) sells its immunotherapy manufacturing facility in Morris Plains, New Jersey, to Novartis (NVS) for $43M in cash. The sale is part of Dendreon's restructuring plans on "its path to profitability and future growth." The plant was used to manufacture cancer drug Provenge, which has had its marketing troubles.
