Labor disruptions that paralyzed South Africa's mining sector earlier this year are resurfacing, as Harmony Gold (HMY -2.6%) says ~1,700 employees refused to come up from underground at its Kusasalethu mine, demanding the reinstatement of suspended colleagues.
