Friday, December 21, 2012, 10:42 AM ETIntercontinentalExchange (ICE) will have to pay NYSE Euronext (NYX) $750M should its takeover get blocked over antitrust concerns. Previous NYX merger attempts have failed over just that, but this deal (no Nasdaq, no Deutsche Boerse) seems less likely to raise the eyebrows of regulators.
