Monday, December 24, 2012, 2:10 PM ETKobe Steel (KBSTY.PK) says it's halting plans to build an aluminum factory in Mongolia amid concerns of a slowing Chinese economy and rising Sino-Japan tensions. Since the Japanese government's purchase of the Senkaku Islands from their private owners on September 11, Chinese forces have regularly violated the territorial waters around the islands, with some 62 Chinese vessels entering the area on at least 18 occasions.
