Wednesday, December 26, 2012, 2:03 PM ETA U.S. appeals court has lifted an injunction and $203M restitution award levied on Wells Fargo (WFC) in a class-action suit related to its overdraft fee policies. However, the court did still find Wells to have violated a portion of California's unfair competition laws, and has remanded the case to a trial court.
